Delivery & Returns

We offer a delivery service door to door, direct from the wholesaler. The charges vary on location and the amount of items purchased. If you require the item to be carried into your home or to be installed, please tell us and we can quote accordingly.


Consultancy Service

As a consultancy service, we will arrange all deliveries to the property and if required installation.
Costs for delivery and installation is quoted per order.

Please go to our Contact Us page with your details, requests and we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours.



Any returns should be notified to us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery, whereby you will receive a returns number.

We are unable to accept returns on made to order goods or mattresses, unless damaged or defective.

Some items will carry a 10% re-stocking fee.
Refunds made will be minus a collection fee.

We refer to the Returns & Refunds policy of the wholesaler used, which you will be advised of in detail with any order.
